Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 quarts shredded cabbage
- 1 cup cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Heat the milk and cook the cabbage in it for 2 minutes.
- Add the cream, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
- Cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir constantly.
- The cabbage will retain its crispness and is delicate in flavor and color.
