Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 14 large marshmallows
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice (from 1 small can with enough water to make 1 c.)
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Method

  • To jello, add 1 cup water and let come to a boil.
  • Melt marshmallows in this.
  • Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, cheese and pecans.
  • Let congeal until thick, stirring occasionally.
  • When thick and cold, fold in whipped cream.
  • Stir. Let become set in refrigerator and unmold.
