Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 14 large marshmallows
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. pineapple juice (from 1 small can with enough water to make 1 c.)
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- To jello, add 1 cup water and let come to a boil.
- Melt marshmallows in this.
- Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, cheese and pecans.
- Let congeal until thick, stirring occasionally.
- When thick and cold, fold in whipped cream.
- Stir. Let become set in refrigerator and unmold.
