Ingredients

  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup water lukewarm
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Combine 2 3/4 cups flour and the salt.
  • Stir yeast mixture and oil into flour mix until a dough forms.
  • On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 10 minutes, working in up to 1/2 cup more flour, until dough is no longer sticky.
