Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Crushed Culinary Lavender
  • 1/4 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 13 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Salmon, 6 Ounces Each

Method

  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the salmon.
  • Lay the salmon pieces on top, coating each side in the sauce.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place salmon on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  • Pour remaining sauce over salmon if desired.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve salmon immediately, and enjoy!
