Ingredients
- 1/2 pepper Red pepper
- 1/2 pepper Yellow bell pepper
- 2 stick Asparagus
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 enough to scent the dish Soy sauce
- 1 Black sesame seeds
Method
- Cut the bell peppers and asparagus.
- Stir fry in olive oil, then add the tuna and continue frying.
- Add the ingredients.
- Last, add the soy sauce to finish.
- If you like, season with black pepper.
