Ingredients
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat (hamburger, sausage or both)
- 1 tub Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella
- lasagna noodles
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add sauce and simmer.
- Mix together Ricotta cheese, egg and Mozzarella.
- Spread sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a large spoonful of mixture on uncooked lasagna noodles.
- Turn upside-down on sauce.
- Continue to layer until you finish with sauce.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Top with more Mozzarella and bake 30 minutes more.
