- 5 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 generous half c. milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 or 5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Mix half the butter with all the other ingredients except the cheese.
- Put in 6 shallow ovenproof ramekins.
- Pour remaining butter over them and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
