Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 7 1/4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- milk jam
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Melt the butter.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Sift the flour and yeast. Mix with the previous mixture.
- Place the dough in a pastry bag.
- Place small mounds of dough on a silicone sheet or a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate to taste.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Spread milk jam on 1 cookie and cover with another.
