Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 1/4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon yeast
  • milk jam

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Melt the butter.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Add the melted butter and mix well.
  • Sift the flour and yeast. Mix with the previous mixture.
  • Place the dough in a pastry bag.
  • Place small mounds of dough on a silicone sheet or a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Decorate to taste.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Spread milk jam on 1 cookie and cover with another.
