- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- No. 2 can tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
Method
- Saut the hamburger and garlic in the oil; add everything but the cheeses and simmer 20 minutes.
