Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Add salt and milk to beaten egg and stir into flour to form a smooth batter.
- Drop by teaspoon into boiling soup or soup beans. Cover tightly and cook for 15 minutes.
- Do not lift the cover during this time.
