Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. red beans
- 1 pkg. ham seasoning
- smoked sausage
Method
- Wash beans and put in crock-pot.
- Add 3 cups water and cook beans for 1 hour on high.
- Add ham seasoning; cook on low for 1 hour.
- Add smoked sausage and cook on low for 1 hour.
- Add seasonings to taste.
- Serve over rice.
