Ingredients
- 1 whole 9" Pie Shell
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 packages (4-serving Size, 3 Oz. Box) Strawberry Jello
- 1 quart Strawberries
- Cool Whip, For Serving
Method
- Bake a 9" pie shell and let cool.
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Cook until thick on medium heat. Add dry jello and stir. Cool.
- Arrange sliced strawberries in the shell. Pour jello mixture over them. Chill. Serve with Cool Whip.
