Ingredients
- 2 unpared cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Mix everything together except cucumbers. Chill. Add cucumbers. Serve as a side dish.
