Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 14 oz. Kraft caramels
Method
- Melt butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk together; beat into cake mix.
- Add almonds.
- Put 1/2 of cake mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
