Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
Method
- Boil potatoes in salted water until done.
- Mash the potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Roll potato dough mixture into the form of long sausages.
- Slice the dough sausages into 2 to 3-inch lengths.
