Ingredients
- 2 lb. bulk sausage
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or herbed stuffing
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. finely chopped apples
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press lightly into a greased 6-cup ring mold. Turn out onto a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain.
