Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix well; roll in parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
