Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken
  • 2 lbs sweet Italian sausage
  • 34 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 12 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces red currant jelly

Method

  • Boil & slice all meat for 1 hour each.
  • Save broth of chicken and add 3/4 cup to sauce while simmering.
  • Mix all ingredients of sauce & cook on low heat.
  • Add meat & continue to simmer for 1 hour.
