Ingredients
- 2 sticks softened margarine
- 2 c. plain flour
- 8 oz. sharp cheese
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. rice crispies
Method
- Cut the margarine into flour until the texture resembles coarse meal.
- Grate cheese into a fine mixture.
- Mix cheese, pepper and salt with flour mixture.
- Fold in rice crispies.
- Press the mixture into an individual biscuit cutter.
- Remove the pressed mixture to a cookie sheet one at a time.
- Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes.
