- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. sour cream
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped fresh spinach (frozen optional)
- 1 envelope dry vegetable soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 3 green onions
- 1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- In ovenproof bowl, blend all ingredients except 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese until smooth.
- Then top with remaining cheese. In preheated 350° oven, cook 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Makes 6 servings.
