- 1 pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. pineapple and apricot juices, mixed
- 1 large can pineapple (tidbits or crushed)
- 10 large marshmallows, cut fine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1 c. pineapple and apricot juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook until thick and cool.
- Fold in 1 cup cream, whipped. Spread on firm Jell-O and sprinkle with grated cheese.
