Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1/2 can water
Method
- Cook rice until fairly tender (makes about 2 cups).
- Saute onion in butter.
- Cook broccoli in salted water and drain.
- Toss all together and add Cheez Whiz.
- Put in buttered casserole dish. Heat in 350° oven until it becomes bubbly, 5 to 10 minutes.
