Ingredients
- 2 oz. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. beer
Method
- Mix together dry mustard, vinegar and sugar.
- Let stand 2 hours.
- Beat eggs until frothy and add to mixture.
- Cook over medium heat until thick, about 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Add beer.
