Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 2 c. apple cider juice
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine cider and gelatin.
- Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve.
- Pour into 8 (1/4-cup) molds.
- Chill until firm and unmold.
- Serve with baked ham.
