Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drain and chop fine
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- To artichoke hearts add Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle on garlic powder to taste.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until top browns.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
