Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. thawed boneless beef roast
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. au jus mix
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 soup can water
Method
- Place beef roast in slow cooker; combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Meat may be sliced and served with hard rolls; or shredded and served over rice or noodles.
- Thicken broth with flour.
