Ingredients

  • 7 ounces, weight Fusilli Pasta
  • 7 ounces, weight Pork Sausage Stuffing
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Cut Up In Florets

Method

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package and drain, keep some of the cooking liquid.
  • Boil the broccoli florets for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water.
  • Chop the garlic finely.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chopped garlic until its softened, dont let it get too brown.
  • Add the sausage stuffing and cook.
  • When its done, add the broccoli, pasta and a good amount of grated parmesan and mix together.
  • Add some liquid from the pasta if it is too dry.
  • Season to taste with salt and freshly grated black pepper.
  • Serve on a plate with some extra parmesan grated over.
