Ingredients
- 7 ounces, weight Fusilli Pasta
- 7 ounces, weight Pork Sausage Stuffing
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan
- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Cut Up In Florets
Method
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package and drain, keep some of the cooking liquid.
- Boil the broccoli florets for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chopped garlic until its softened, dont let it get too brown.
- Add the sausage stuffing and cook.
- When its done, add the broccoli, pasta and a good amount of grated parmesan and mix together.
- Add some liquid from the pasta if it is too dry.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly grated black pepper.
- Serve on a plate with some extra parmesan grated over.
