Ingredients
- 6 oz can water packed tuna, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped small
- 1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle vinegar
- 2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- If too dry, add more mayo and vinegar. I garnish with spanish olives.
- Chill and serve.
