Ingredients
- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
- 4 to 5 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- seasoned salt
- minced parsley
- vegetable oil
Method
- Pound chicken breasts.
- Mix milk, egg, garlic and pepper.
- Add chicken cutlets.
- Marinate at least 1 hour.
- Mix fresh crumbs, seasoned salt and parsley.
- Dip marinated cutlets in crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown for about 5 to 7 minutes each side.
