Ingredients

  • 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
  • 4 to 5 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • seasoned salt
  • minced parsley
  • vegetable oil

Method

  • Pound chicken breasts.
  • Mix milk, egg, garlic and pepper.
  • Add chicken cutlets.
  • Marinate at least 1 hour.
  • Mix fresh crumbs, seasoned salt and parsley.
  • Dip marinated cutlets in crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown for about 5 to 7 minutes each side.
