Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 1 cup parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
Method
- Boil the potatoes just until fork tender then drain and place them back in to the pot on low heat.
- Add the butter, parsley and garlic; stir well to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
