Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup blackcurrant juice , 1/3 cup water for pink gin bottles )
  • 1 bag of Haribo cola bottles
  • 3 cup of quality gin

Method

  • I love drinking Bombay Blue Gin and Guava and passionfruit juice in summer.I got inspired here on app with using gin instead of vodka.
  • put the bears in a plastic container and cover completely and about 1-2 cm over the top of bears with gin.Store covered in fridge for four days.
  • The bears will swell to about two times or so of their origional size.After four days add the juices and leave to infuse for another day.
  • I have put some in freezer to use as ice cubes ,in drink .
  • I layed them flat out on plastic wrap to freeze them ,that way they are easy to peel off.These might not freeze quite solid ,because of high alcohol content,but are still nice and cooling.
  • The alcohol content is high ,make sure children don't get hold of them .
  • or use same amount of gin but blackcurrant or rasberry cordial or juice for pink gin bottles.
