Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mild taco sauce
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 8 oz. mashed kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. sliced green olives
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef and 1/2 cup chopped onion.
  • Add taco sauce and heat.
  • Blend in chili powder, salt, Tabasco sauce and kidney beans.
  • Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle over top 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup green olives and 1 cup or more grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with taco chips.
