Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. taco sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
Method
- Cook and stir beef and onions in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
- Stir in taco sauce, beans and 1 cup of the cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
- Pour into serving dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top in a ring. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
