- 2 c. water
- 2 c. potatoes
- 1/4 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded or sharp
- 1 c. ham, cooked or 8 strips fried bacon
Method
- Veggies:
- Bring to a boil 2 cups water.
- Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until tender.
- Don't drain!
