Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease muffin pan.
- Cream oleo and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to mix alternately with yogurt.
- Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in chocolate morsels.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
- Cool.
