Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box elbow macaroni
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 5 hot peppers, chopped
  • texas pete, yellow
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Cook macaroni.
  • In skillet, add a little oil to cover bottom- cut bacon into small pieces and put in pan.
  • Add chopped onions, green pepper, hot peppers, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Fry until bacon is done, but not hard.
  • Add mushrooms and texas pete hot sauce.
  • Drain macaroni.
  • Mix all together.
  • Enjoy!
