Ingredients
- 1 c. Hollandaise Sauce (see above recipe)
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish or possibly 2 teaspoon liquid removed prepared white horseradish or possibly to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve at room temperature.
- May be prepared 2 days ahead and stored in refrigerator.
- Whisk to fluff just before serving.
