Ingredients
- 1 peck firm peppers, sweet or hot
- 1 pt. & 1/2 water
- 1 pt. veg. oil
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. oregano
- 1 whole head garlic, chopped fine
Method
- Sprinkle a bit of red pepper if peppers are sweet.
- Mix brine, add chopped sliced peppers.
- Stir every couple hours. After 8 hours, can peppers in jars.
