Ingredients
- 2 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 cans small English peas, drained
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 1 pinch salt/pepper
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients.
- In saucepan, bring to a boil the vinegar, sugar and oil.
- Slightly cool.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Chill overnight.
