Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts (3 whole breasts), boned, skinned and split
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- fresh ground pepper
Method
- In glass baking dish, place chicken breasts.
- Melt butter or margarine.
- Mix with honey and mustard.
- Pour over breasts. Cover loosely with wax paper.
- Cook on High power for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Rotate dish halfway.
- Cook an additional 4 minutes on High, then check to see if done.
- Pepper.
