Ingredients
- 5 c. cooked carrots, drained
- 1 medium onion, cut up fine
- 1 green pepper, cut up fine
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Marinate overnight.
