Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • chopped salted peanuts
  • maraschino cherries

Method

  • Melt 2/3 stick margarine and stir in graham cracker crumbs; press into a 9 x 13 pan.
  • In a small bowl, beat sugar, eggs and rest of margarine for 15 minutes; spread over top of graham cracker then place sliced bananas on that, then the pineapple and cool whip.
  • Sprinkle with nuts and cherry halves.
  • Serve chilled.
