Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
- brown sugar
- butter
- sliced maraschino cherries
- chopped pecans
Method
- Cook sausage patties (can do ahead).
- Take uncooked biscuits and pull apart.
- Put sausage patties inside.
- Melt butter (1/2 stick) and brown sugar (1/2 cup) together in microwave.
- Put butter and brown sugar mixture into sausage ring pan.
- Sprinkle pecans and cherries on top of mixture.
- Place sausage biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are done.
- When done, turn out on dish.
- Sugar mixture, cherries and nuts will be on top.
- Serve.
