Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
  • 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • sliced maraschino cherries
  • chopped pecans

Method

  • Cook sausage patties (can do ahead).
  • Take uncooked biscuits and pull apart.
  • Put sausage patties inside.
  • Melt butter (1/2 stick) and brown sugar (1/2 cup) together in microwave.
  • Put butter and brown sugar mixture into sausage ring pan.
  • Sprinkle pecans and cherries on top of mixture.
  • Place sausage biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are done.
  • When done, turn out on dish.
  • Sugar mixture, cherries and nuts will be on top.
  • Serve.
