Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
- 3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes (may use instant)
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Layer in casserole dish, 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 Velveeta cheese in chunks.
- Layer remaining potatoes, remaining sausage and package of vegetable.
- Cover and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and cook until melted.
