Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
  • evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Melt margarine in large saucepan; add sugar. Stir. Place syrup in a measuring cup and add evaporated milk to make 1 cup. Stir into saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat; stir constantly. Boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, Marshmallow Creme and vanilla. Mix and pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan or dish. Let cool and cut into squares.
