Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 (6.5 oz.) can cocktail peanuts (salted)
Method
- Melt butterscotch morsels over boiling water.
- When completely melted, mix all ingredients in and stir well to coat.
- Spoon out on wax paper and let cool.
- (I like to add some pecans halves to mine.)
