Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 peaches, peeled
  • honey to taste

Method

  • Place peeled and pitted peaches in blender and add honey to taste.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Cover jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and then Saran Wrap (do not let hang over sides or it will burn).
  • Spread peach mixture 1/4-inch thick on tray.
  • Bake at lowest heat 24 hours.
  • Roll in Saran Wrap and store in jar with cover.
  • Will keep in cool room indefinitely.
  • Can be done with apples-cinnamon, apricots, etc.
  • Tear off piece and eat!
