Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 12 slices center-cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • lettuce (optional)
  • red onion (slices)
  • 12 hawaiian rolls

Method

  • Turkey Burger:.
  • Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces.
  • Thoroughly mix crumbled bacon and seasonings into ground turkey.
  • Form into 12 small burger patties.
  • Grill until fully cooked, brush with pineapple glaze and top with either goat, bleu or feta cheese.
  • Split Hawaiian sweet roll in half, place burger on bottom bun.
  • Top with lettuce and red onion.
  • Enjoy!
  • Pineapple Glaze:.
  • Pour pineapple juice in a 2 quart pot and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 50%.
