Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease and flour a 10-inch (12-cup) Bundt or tube pan.
- Beat together butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, yogurt, eggs and vanilla, at low speed in a large bowl, until well blended.
- Increase speed to medium; beat 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
