Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. sirloin hamburger
- 1 tsp. or less finely chopped onion
- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large (28 oz.) can tomatoes (juice too)
- 1 small (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes (juice too)
- 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 dash garlic salt plus salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch oregano
Method
- Brown hamburger with onion and drain off all fat.
- Cook macaroni in water with the 1 tablespoon of butter until tender. Drain.
